Horrible experience. They broke my drivers chair & blamed it on me. They are not responsible for any damage to the car, and not responsible even after their employee apologized for breaking the seat.

Definitely one of the better car washes in Irvine that I've been to. They take a little longer than most places but are much more thorough!
