Do not rent from this company... They wanted a hard copy of my insurance policy. I ask if I can email,They can only receive it by fax... Who faxes anymore? They dress sloppy and unprofessional!

Agree about pickiness upon returning - same thing happened to me - made me fill out an accident report as well for scratches on front that - did get a sweet Volvo tho!

WAY too picky about their inspection of a return car. Had to fill out an 'accident report' because of a paint chip in the front lower spoiler (that was probably there when I got the car). Really?!?!
