It's a de facto leash-free park, but I haven't seen that as an actual problem. Great view of the city from a single park bench near Discovery. Small parking lot and street parking.

The best place to watch the fireworks from. Home to lawn bowling, a kids pool, acres of green grass, with west 10th close by.
