Beautifully renovated, w/ nods to its classical as well as Art Déco elements and a touch of modern. Fabulous acoustics and a programme that ranges from the classics to edgy. Poor F&B offering however.

Ridiculously expensive program (and very thin!) and probably the only opera house in Europe where you have to pay for the vestiaire, unfriendly box office people
