Staff is really hit or miss. The front office made me wait 15 minutes at check in, even though my room was ready while they "approved" my reservation. Very strange.

Some staff members need to be taught a thing or two about friendliness. As service employees, they should be nicer and more willing to assist, unless the guest/customer has done wrong first.
