Room is fine, well maintained. Each staff member I've dealt with has been outstanding: polite, helpful, knowledgeable and cheerful. Top rating for that alone.

Travel noise is not an issue. Keep your windows closed and its fine. Stayed here for a week in December 2012 and never had an issue with staff / house keeping etc.

Staff attitude is hit and miss. Rooms rarely cleaned and items not restocked. Try the Travelodge across the road instead.

Ask for a room on or above 12th floor. Less noise & closer to the pool.

Horrendous traffic noise. Terrible sloppy daily service/clean. Definitely bought their 4.5 stars. Front desk was nice enough though.
