Nothing good here, internet sucks, food sucks, the clerk at the registration desk sucks, old carpets, outdated bathrooms... The boiler broke and we had no hot water for a day - not worthing :(

Don't trust the online registration system. I checked my confirmation # twice online. Arrived 10pm & they couldn't find my confirmation #. "Oh, this happens all the time...I mean, not ALL the time..."

You pay 12dollar for breakfast although the front desk was nice enough to give me voucher for breakfast due to the trouble i had getting to the hotel.

The room itself is okay. But don't stay here unless you know the area. They offered a shuttle to the stadium and said they would have one picking people up afterwards. Lied. Never had one get us and

We had to figure our own way to get back. Cabs wanted to charged $80 for 5 miles. Finally took a train to a station and got a cab there. Took us 3 hours to get back. Then staff was rude about it.

Probably the worst hotel I've been at for a while. Had to ask to get new towels daily when the maids should have that done already. People's possessions were stolen. And the elevators didnt work.

Hotel smells, sheets smells, carpet ripped, towels stained, bathtub old,dirty and clogged. Never again too expensive. But they said to pardon they appearance as they remodeling the lobby.
