I was told that I had to buy access to get WiFi, but at least on the 3rd floor I have free WiFi.

Glasses in rooms are often not terribly clean, I suspect they don't actually wash them out, but simply rinse them in the sink. Better rinse them thoroughly or get a glass from the lounge.

The little computers at the back of the tv sometimes make a lot of noise, you can safely unplug it when you go to bed. Just remember to plug it back in before you leave.

If you don't have a balcony, but want a quiet place outside (to smoke), you can go down the corridor on the 8th floor and up the stairs, you'll get to the roof, door is always open, no one ever comes
