Very disappointed this morning. We ordered iced coffee with milk and sugar, and got something that didn't resemble coffee at all. Milky sugar water was more like it.

Outstanding staff. So friendly, and seem to really like working together. Things like this make a visit here a pleasure, and makes it obvious that there is good management and leadership.

I was so excited about visiting a Tim Hortons because there are none in the South. That excitement was killed due to bad customer service and horribly made coffee. Such a disappointment.

Employees constantly moving and actually working but seem highly annoyed like you're in their way to be waited on. Flatbread breakfast sandwich good though.
