Значит так... В этот ресторан приезжают со всей Европы есть мидии. Рыбу всякую тоже. Но мидии здесь не выращенные, а ВЫЛОВЛЕННЫЕ в Северном море! Настоящие!!! Обязательно к посещению в Бельгии!

Сезон мидий с конца июля до конца августа. В другое время тоже подают мидии, в указанный период особенно вкусны, в момент когда мальчики - мидии превращаются в девочек! Вот такая тонкость))
