We went there during a change of owner and name change to Oak Tree Inn. They were remodeling floor was moldy and previous tenants trash was still in the room. Place has potential just being mismanaged

I stayed at this super 8 because it was economical during our stay in Nashville. It was close and super easy to get downtown and to other places from this hotel.

We are very Happy with room and services. Room size is not big but well decor and clean. Pool is good.

I was greeted with a friendly greeting than my reservation was pulled up in just a few minutes and was wished a pleasant stay.

Had a great stay. Grandkids enjoyed indoor pool and breakfast waffles. Will stay here next time in Nashville which is every two months.

A lot of false advertisement. No flat screen. No wifi. The tub has things cracking off. The floor is coming up and the room is super small

They charged me $30 over the rate shown on Internet. Too tired at 2am to argue, had already fallen asleep in my car outside. Room looked clean until I found a USED CONDOM on the heater.

Nice place for cheap. If you have any issues, Ciara at the front desk is great help.
