Está al lado del parque, la bajada es relajada a Queens st, la subida cansa un poco más, nada cerca a una cuadra para comer algo, piezas pequeñas pero completas con cocina, microondas, lava vajilla.

I highly recommend it if you need to stay close to the centre, at least for the first days to know how to get around.. It also has studio rooms which anyhow help you make up with other expenses

Not all rooms are actually equipped with air conditioning as advertised. Make sure yours is or have a hot sleepless night.
