Quite nice hotel and now rebranded as Hotel Philadelphia 201, as of Jan 2019... we were lucky to get a high floor and beautiful view of the square + staff were all super friendly + bed was very cozy!!

Gross, awful, even management wouldn't respond to requests to discuss the room or lack of view despite.paying for city view. charged me more with no explanation a few days later. no response from CSR.

Location kinda sucks because it's close to highway and construction but nice staff and clean rooms.

Rooms were nice. The restaurant in the lobby is understaffed. Otherwise, it's a good value place to stay while in Downtown Philadelphia.

Had an amazing stay here and the location was great. Wifi cost money, but is free if you book through Starwood preferred guests program.

HUGE hotel. Be warned, some of the rooms aren't renovated yet. Ask when you book!
