Cleanliness of room is disappointing for a 4 ⭐️hotel. Power sockets inadequate,that’s for sure.Toilet sewer smells in the room need to be improved.However staff are generally pleasant and friendly.

Resort is a excellent! The room, the environment, the sunset👍👍👍... huge improvement needed is breakfast food & choices, i would rated 2-3 star out of 10. Huge improvement needed over here!

Near the jetty on the right of the beach you can arrange a daytrip to Gili Islands. Pay only 650K for return and get charter speed boat. It is very comfortable instead of trip from other public ports

On the left over the railing there is a snorkeling area. The corals are so close to the coast. You'll see the fishes right after you put your face into the water.

Great pool and delicious breakfast are a plus but drinks are very expensive! Staff was only friendly to people who stayed for a longer period of time.

Beautiful and clean room but there's only ONE power outlet. Its ridiculous. One person usually has at least 2 devices!

Purnama Spa's operation hours during off peak season is 11am - 7pm. Last appointment is 6pm.
