I am shocked reading the tips. The beds are hard, and we've had 2 poor customer service experiences. The toiletries in the bathroom were used, and front desk seemed put out when i asked for new! :(

Avoid Alloro restaurant. Same old limited menu and tasteless. They should get a chef or at least a decent cook.
