Not very nice. Couldn't get the room to cool down and then realized there was 4 holes in the ceiling... not sure why. It also had a musky odor in the room. Desperately needs an upgrade!

I am a HHonors member and upset at how I was turned away from using the bathroom this morning at 4:40am. I'm traveling with my elderly mom who has a walker & they turned me away like a criminal.

Staff was nice. I like the complimentary cookies, although I wish there was an indoor pool. Also, I stayed in a presidential suite that was not very presidential.

Rooms nice, bring towels to pool none in pool room, room service great. Kids loved cookies

Gave this a try on the way back from FL. As a light sleeper, I wish I could have had a room that didn't border the neighboring motel. Those people were outside all night, shouting. Altogether decent.

We no longer have an indoor pool. The outdoor pool will be open the summer. :)
