Nije radio internet I televizija u sobi ! U popodnevnim casovima mozete se istusirati mlakom vodom, u najboljem slucaju ! Nevjerovatno za hotel sa 4 zvjezdice, u 21.vijeku !!!

The staff is so polite and kind, that it was a nice surprise. Rooms are clean and lovely, view from balcony beautiful. Food is delicious.

Rooms are warm and nice, it has even a balcony but humidity level was really low, after some point your nose and throat becomes dry and hurt. So we were opening the door of the balcony frequently.

Receiptionist is not very friendly, they are making you feel like an asshole. Finally, you need to walk about 100-150 meters to ski lifts, there is no direct access.

People working in ski equipment was amazing. Free wifi in reception area is good but in rooms area it is horrible. I couldn't manage to wifi work and used my gsm data instead.

The hotel should train its cool, unfriendly receptionist staff. Otherwise any tourists will come this hotel again without any welcome & any smile at the reception!!!
