The bacon Brie pancakes were quite tasty, but my hash browns were cold and the service left something to be desired.

Try the French Toast. It's some of the best in town. They cook eggs almost perfectly. Sausage is great too. Peasant Potatoes can be a little dry, but some Cholula solves that.
