Legit white cheese dip or "queso" depending on where you're from. One of the more unique chili Colorados I've had. Strong on the cinnamon. Tasty. Try it.

I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the meat. Taco meat was obviously processed and not fresh, and "rib eye" is the thin sliced stuff you'd get at a buffet. Quesadilla was good, though...
