Disastrously expensive place to sit in a field on a damp wooden bench. Enjoy the sound of motorway traffic with notes of emissions to tease your nostrils - avoid unless forced against your own will.

Large beer garden with access to the towpath of the River Kennet. Food is available all day. Great real ales.

I love it here. Great food, wide range of ales and friendly and welcoming staff in a lovely old pub. Don't come though - I won't be able to get to the bar!

Great canal cycle stop with excellent Pewsey beers - among others. A BBQ and nice menu inside if it's just a bit cold under the willow. Nice place to watch the canal swing bridge open and close.
