Walked 8km to get to it over the beach path route from st Ives. Worked up a thirst, great reward. Cracking food, drink, service and atmosphere. If you are lucky you'll get the sun in the beer garden.

Homemade desserts and Summer carvery 7 days a week are fantastic value and huge portions. Just what you need after a day on the beach. Serving staff are also very friendly.

Full range of St Austell on draft. Great food. Tempting carvery but then you'll miss out on the fish. Slightly pokey parking.
