Here again in the drive thru and they told me it will be a 15-20 mins wait on a cheese pizza. Why is there most popular pizza never hot and ready!?

They NEVER have pizza hot and ready. We always order cheese sometime pepperoni and almost always have to wait. Today waited 10 mins in line and they still told us we had to wait 10 more mins.
