You pay to see a video about how they produce the koala chocolates. They do not allow you to see the production area. We were supposed to get a free hot chocolate according to the brochure, not free.

Used to be great when they ran actual tours of the factory, however now due to new regulations and things (screw you OH&S) they can't run them. You pay to watch a vid. Honestly, don't waste your time.

Tours are no longer on, for $4 you watch a video of the process and a chat with staff. Oh...you can't take photos of staff....like why would you want to! The entrance fee should go to charity!

Not worth the effort of going. Basically a shop that only sells Cadbury product and a video with a person telling you what is on the video.

Don't expect much. The presenter is great, hot chocolate (trilogy) is good, the shop is a tad expensive. Overall I'm glad I did it. I can tick it off my list.

Make sure you check the time for the presentation, even if you wait you still needs to paid $7.5 just to sit inside the site. Not worth my time

Really just an info- mercial presentation. With some freebies and cheap cheap chocs to take home.
