My almost 2 year old had such a good time that I'd recommend this over the Science Museum (even with the comparatively hefty entrance fee)

Great fun. Very educational, took 2 yr old son, liked large machinery but too young to appreciate the engineering behind it all. Loved bottle rockets & gigantic bubbles. £10 for annual pass good value

15 January: Home to one of the best collections of rotative steam engines in the world. Also home to the Waterworks Railway, a tiny 2-foot gauge railway, which is London's only passenger steam railway
