Everyone seems to say that you need to bring your own snacks & drinks. The view of Cebu is to die for. There are a half a dozen small businesses serving great food and drinks. Candle light dinner.

Must-see destination in Cebu! I was surprised and awed at the beauty! Best overlooking view of a city in the entire Philippines (my bet). Beats Ligñon Hill in Legazpi, Antipolo, and Jack's Ridge Davao
